Kosakura has the manufacturing muscle to deliver your program. We have the latest CNC machinery, the best automated lines and the proper autocad programs to streamline manufacturing. These tools are a necessity to be a strong provider. What we have behind these tools is what makes us unique! A strong Team that works together to deliver the best quality within the required timelines. Each Team member has the right to shut down a line for the sake of quality. Each part that goes out the door has a quality control check list. 55,000 square feet of manufacturing is nice, but it’s the people inside the building that matter.
Multi-substrate
Kosakura fabricates in metal, fiberglass, plastic and wood. When deciding on substrates we consider durability, aesthetics and costs. These decisions are not made in a vacuum, instead they are reviewed by the client and all parts of the Kosakura staff, from design, engineering and production.
Prototyping
The ability to play “what if” in three dimensions is a powerful tool. Kosakura has a full prototype department to custom build any concept. We warehouse lighting, electronics, and all build materials to turn prototypes quickly.
Global sourcing
When time permits, Kosakura looks to fabricate, either sub-assemblies or entire programs overseas. With our close proximity to Mexico, and with ties into China’s manufacturing clout, Kosakura can drive down costs and still deliver on quality. With years of relationships and proven supply chains, Kosakura can source specific components to meet your visual and financial needs.
Automated Material, Work and Inventory control
Material management and job tracking are paramount to the efficiency of the company. We use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to manage each project that runs through Kosakura. This allows us to dynamically understand costing, inventory and job tracking for each active program.
